can i cancel my multi room after 1 month
hi i recently had a sky+ box and multi room installed for the first 2 weeks i had the basic package then after 2 weeks i upgraded to sky sports but im finding we dont use the multi box at all. the only reason i took it was there were doing me a deal free install on all equipment if i took the multi room.
would i be able to cancel the room now or would i have to see out the remaining 11 months on it. |

you have to have multiroom for 12months minimum term before you can cancel, that is what i was told when i called to order a 2nd viewing card.

The fact that taking multiroom and committing to paying SKY £120 over the year in return for a cheaper deal on the SKY+ and Install will limit the rights under a cool off period, perhaps cancelling multiroom then paying the balance of the install is the only option.
Might be worth looking at cancelling the whole thing if the cooling off period is still an option given it's an upgrade not a new customer install thus not being liable for the original subsidy. Best way is to ring them and see what you can do. |
