Confirmed Movie Songs (From Official Site)

http://xfactor.itv.com/2009/news/viewer/item_100211.htm

I know this was already posted but the previous threads were sort of rumour threads.

The official site now has the songs up.

'Mad World' for Stacey. What's this about then. Brian said Stacey is dancing this week. And Dannii just tweeted about a HOT routine this week.

Damn it! I hope for the best, and wish Stacey well with it, but I've been re-listening to "Son of a Preacher Man" too much not to be disappointed.

I'm definitely anticipating the hundreds of Ruth's purple rain was farrrrrrrr better than Danyl's threads even before Danyl's been on the stage! And oh gosh he was cocky again this week - this MUST mean he was acting last week. Idiot.
And WHAT THE HELL at Lucie's song choice. Camp Rock? WHATTTTT?

Sexy dancing to Mad World ain't going to work especially with the lyrics, its a song about suicide/wanting to die.

Christ, I did say make Lucie relevant Dannii, but jesus Camp Rock? Footloose could be a disaster for Lloyd, it's a song that you just have to let loose (), you can in no way be rigid in the performance. Plus Kenny had great range.

It's okay for them, they can put on a somewhat entertaining show.

That is what I meant. Lloyd hasn't got the Jedward factor.

Who actually picks the songs for the contestants?

I doubt Dannii has seen Camp Rock. Perhaps she has but it would be unlikely.

You mean you can't see her and Kylie, singing into hairbrushes after painting their nails while they watch HSM and Camp Rock marathons
