The 'fro will be sublime AND rock!

I think Jamie will leave Louis without his usual fallback broken record routine tomorrow- about time the doubters should be silenced! Perhaps Louis will remember how he was so impressed in earlier shows and have the decency to say so again tomorrow.

Love it!

I'm sure it will be awesome, I'm looking forward to seeing him do a song that's widely regarded as brilliant (even if I can't see it myself) rather than Simon Cowell's limited knowledge of 'rock' music.

This is Jamie's opportunity to prove himself as a singer. Personally, I would put money on Jamie giving an enthusiastic but rather shouty and tuneless rendition.

Its you, isnt it? that soon to be 'eX ' Factor judge- Are you an expert in music or is that just your learned opinion from many of your own bathroom warblings? Just remember, jamie, st least has managed to make a living doing what you are criticising, so a lot of people who have had the opportunity to see and hear him perform may not quite agree with your professional opinion.
Sorry about that

Well... it is quite a wishy washy song with no real climax, which is my problem with it, but I'll let him have a go

I think from other songs he has sung, not on the x factor, that he will be doing a fantastic rendition of this song.
tuneless he won't be. I love Hurt and this is going to be just a great.

I think it's a good song, I just think Robson and Jerome made a terrible mess of it with their cover. Far too cheesy.

Yep without instrumental accompaniment very difficult for some people to do.

I am choosing to believe he will nail it. Surprising choice, but the more I think about it - I think Jamie has a trick up his sleeve.

Where is a vid of Jamie singing Otis Redding's Dock of the Bay?

I hope so. He's not my favourite, but I looked forward to him last week and truth be told he disappointed. That was unexpected.
