And unfair on the fans who were taking part - they were too gullible and too badly affected emotionally by Michael's death, imo.

It's a joke, isn't it? However, I think the reason they turned down Big Brother was because of the low ratings it was getting, and nothing to do with tackiness or laughability of it.

I feel really sorry for fans who are that obsessed with their music idol, that they go in to hysterics when their idol dies. I understand people being saddened when their favourite music artist dies, but there's something sadly wrong with them if they act like their closest loved one has died when they find out the news about their favourite artist.

With the ego many stars have I'm surprised someone like Elvis Presley didn't nudge 'Michael' out the way to 'appear' on the telly.

To be honest, Derek Acorah is at best a twerp and at worst, taking advantage of grieving fans, all to make a few bob. He's been exposed as a fake so many times - and should MJ really want to communicate from 'the other side' would he really choose Deggsy?
