TV fault in Edinburgh? - Virgin Media TV and Phone

Anyone else having TV problems in Edinburgh? All channels are off, the box is only displaying standby and modem lights but no channel number. I've rebooted the box several times and called the status line, but no luck.

I've got a terrible feeling I need a new set top box - again.
