Any Naughty Steppers around?

I thought we should have a bit of a party on here tonight as we are in Blackpool (btw the Naughty Steppers are not an exclusive group and anyone can join in!)!

As I will be your hostess for the evening please note, formal evening wear is required and your favourite pro or celeb will sweep you across the dance floor of the Tower Ballroom as you the dance the dance of your dreams to any music you like!

Matthew Cutler and I will be recreating my favourite SCD dance of all time - the Argentine Tango danced by Karen Hardy and Mark Ramprakash. I will be wearing an exact replica of the dress worn by Karen (it will magically fit me just for one night ), as we smoulder across the floor of the Blackpool Tower ballroom to Golden Eye!

Please join me and share your choices for this magical evening!

PS I've brought cheesy cheddars, cherryade and white chocolate covered strawberries and I'm going for a nap before getting dressed!

Hi Buddy.

I look extremely fetching in a black, full length halter neck dress - and a face mask so that I don't share my germs with you all. Bodily I feel like rubbish but in my head Ian and I are doing an amazing tango!

I'm going to have to pass on the food though - I have zero appetite.

Sounds fabulous dah-ling!

I will be bringing with me a bottle of sparkly rose and some posh crisps and dip.

I will be wearing a floor length buttercup yellow number and will be quick-stepping with Ian (I will also have grown half a foot by the time 6.20 comes along )

I'll also be getting a spray tan and having my hair done

Hi Buddy

Well as it's Blackpool, I'm dancing with the waltz with Darren in a red halterneck dress.

Darren after his endless patience with the Group dance on ITT last night and the waltz because i think I might just manage it!

I've bought a case of sparkling Australian chardonnay for the party too Buddy - you were seriously lacking in alcohol

Hope you feel better later - being outside for the fireworks might help clear your head a bit (if you don't catch a chill ). {{{HUGS}}}

Come in everybody! I have no problem with alcohol and I'll bring a bottle of Archer's with me next time I pop in!

I would love to come, if you'll have me!

I'll bring a case of Orvieto Classico and some cream-filled truffles.

I would actually like to dance the foxtrot at Blackpool with my dad - but if his name's not on the list, I'll shrink myself six inches with my special ray gun and do it with Vincent instead! I'll be wearing plum-purple satin.

Sid, I had a dream about you last night!

We were at BBC TV centre, trying to get into the SCD set but somehow we ended up on the Top Gear track (I know ) and Jenson Button nearly ran us over.

We'd just made it backstage when a huge fit of coughing woke me up so I have no idea what the outcome of our little jaunt was....

Since when were you a 'dad' and not a 'lad'!

Hi sweetie <smoooooch>! I hope you will be in black tie tonight - you pull 10 ten times at least! You can dance with Vince if you like - no rules here!

So what music is everyone dancing to then?

I'd probably wear my sparkly green dress from Jane Norman and do the jive with either Darren Bennett or Mathew Cutler. I would try my hardest but I'm not sure I'd be anywhere near as good as Jill lol

Oh how funny Saz!

I can tell you what happened next. We made it backstage, you went off to Jeremy Clarkson's dressing room and I went off with the hamster

Sid, I take it you mean Richard Hammond and not 'Hammy' of JfW fame?

Jeremy Clarkson? Cheers mate! I'll fight you for the Hamster, thanks. In fact, you can have him - I'll go back to the track and try to find Jenson. I'll play with his stick shift instead.
