I love HOLLYOAKS at the moment, but as I have said many times I still miss Clare Devine, and you can say whatever you want about her, but she was a damn good character and a good actress with depth, that captured the nation in 2007 with her evil ways, and I want her back.

She was alright for a pantomime villian. I don't think I was the only one who whooped when O.B punched her in the face!

I disagree with you, Clare was a good well rounded character and I think Matt Littler who played Max should of chose to leave in 2007 so Clare could of killed him and got away with it, aswell of everything else.

And I hated OB & Max - I LOVE YOU CLARE DEVINE!

Clare was a good panto villain but I don't think she has a place on the show now.

Oh no. Clare was good for a while, but I don't want to see her back. They need some new bad ass characters. And not people like Duncan who speak out of the sides of their mouths.

OP, you got no hope here. All of a sudden DS hated her when she made her return, I thought she put in a great manic performance but oh well. In my opinion, she was epic and she did epical things and I really quite miss her.

Perhaps Duncan will have his own calendar for 2011 entitled the Hollyoaks Chunky Calendar

As for Clare Devine, then No, No, No.
It was pointless waste of time bringing her back just to get revenge on Warren - especially when she also has a grudge against Justin.

In fact her whole return was worthless as a plot given she also could have droipped Calvin in it as well.

I enjoyed seeing Clare's return, but it was full of plot holes and bad writing. I don't think there's much chance of her returning now as it's presumed the character is in prison, and apart from Tom all the characters she was involved with have left.

Maybe a future series of Hollyoaks Later could include Clare being released/escaping prison, still intent on revenge, tracking Justin down wherever he is now.
