SCD Alan Dedicoat
Just wondering how Alan managed to be in Blackpool to do the SCD voice-overs and immediately afterwards he was back in London for the lottery draw when both shows are supposed to be live

I think the SCD voice-overs are pre-recorded.
They are standard announcements which are the same every week, such as "will X & his/her partner Y please take to the floor" and " the judges scores are in". |

Is it not obvious from the sound quality that the SCD voice-over introductions are recorded?

As far as I know they've always been pre-recorded as he also does the voice-overs for Dancing with the Stars in the US
