Barring Calls and Texts

Hi - do you know if it is possible to bar a number from calling you and texting you on your mobile?

I'm guessing you'd need to phone the service provider to get this done?

Thanks

Some mobiles let you do it at the handset - what phone is it? If not then yes, ring your provider.

According to this thread, you can't do it in the handset. Time to ring O2! http://forum.o2.co.uk/viewtopic.php?...56328f2cc711f3

No idea! But at least you can delete a text without reading it

I can block text's coming through on my Samung phone and also have it reject certain numbers. They still come up as a missed call but it hasn't rang just gone to a missed call.

Yes, you can block texts so they go straight to the blacklist. If you turn message history off it wnt show them either. When someone calls, you can set it up so they always recieve a busy tone.
