LG Viewty Query - Advice

Hi, I've had a Viewty for a few months now, and on the whole, it's been a decent phone.

However, as last couple of months, I've noticed sometimes the screen doesn't seem to work properly, in that, I can't press the buttons, and have to switch the phone off for it to be restored. Is this a fault in my phone, or is it to be expected with a touch screen phone?

I haven't had an issue with mine.

I hated my viewty and sold it after a month, just couldn't get on with the touch screen.

Took me ages too, but now I find ordinary phones difficult to use

try re-calibrating the touch screen. you'll find this in phone settings
