june brown has been off for 3 months to do calandar girls. i thought people knew this?

June Brown probably won't be back on-screen until the tail end of the year as current episodes were filmed while she was doing Calendar Girls. The story on-screen is that her and Dotty have gone to visit Nigel in Scotland after he had a heart attack.

Where has Jim gone, that,s what I,d like to know. He,s never seen or heard in the house, and who,s supposed to be looking after him? I would imagine he,d need 24 hour care, yet there ,s no one there except Owen and Liz

Its a shame that Dot had to go off just after Jim returned as it meant theyve had no scenes together apart from when he very first arrived home and Dot caught him, Patrick and Liz drinking.

Im glad June Brown is back soon as it'll be good to have her around when Carol returns and to see some heart warming scenes between her and Jim like they did last Christmas when he visited. i think those to work very well together.

As for Dotty i couldnt care less if we never see her again.
