had a look around and didn't see it posted anywhere about them splitting, didn't expect that....that's 2 soap couples who had been in long term relationships split this week them and Ricky Whittle and Carley Stenson

That's a shame I thought they were a solid couple especially since they had the baby about a year ago ,whenever they were interviewed about each other they seemed to be very happy together appearances can be deciceving just like with Carley and Ricky .

I seem to recall they split up a year ago, (there was stories about them splitting up) and when they got back together briefly, she got pregnant, which was presumably why they stayed together at the time.

They do say a baby never works as a sticking plaster for a failing relationship.

Anyways, they could be back together this time next week,
They are young and theyve been together for ages maybe some time apart will help them out.

Sad news because they looked like a really cute couple... and he's very easy on the eye...

EDIT: Also how AWKWARD when she returns to the soap next year - and they're still not together/on bad terms.

Well they have a child together so it's not like they won't have seen each other.
Might be hard for everyone around them if theyre yelling at each other but if she does come back hopefully the writers will have the good sense not to give them scenes together haha

Only a couple of days ago she was saying how ecstatically happy they were but weren't even considering marriage at this stage!! Maybe this is why?

ricky was supposed to have cheated on her with a model but now the papers are saying he has been sseing his strictly come dancing partner

When I saw just the headline, I assumed it meant she was jealous he still had regular work, the pay that went with it, and was still the 'soap start' while she is now considered on the rubbish tip of failed ex soap actors! lol
