My samsung has always been fast with the old epg but with the new epg i get remote lag of a bout 1-2 seconds after you press the button on the remote also some times it locks up a bit then responds to all the comands you have press on the remote at once any one else have this problem,

Also have have never had a recording mess up or lockups with the old epg but have had a few new since last week aprt from that the new epg look is fine apart from you can still only view one hour ahead on the epg,

I have had no such problems and I can certainly view more than an hour ahead! In fact, I can view 12 hours ahead, with info, on any channel.

I had the remote lag with the old epg, it's improved now.

If you can't see more than 1 hour ahead, you have a problem. Call Sky.

I can view 7 days ahead but what i am takling about is on the epg screen you can only see 1 hour ahead at a time e.g 1pm - 2pm it would have been better if they gave you the option to view 3-4 hours ahead with out have to scroll across.

I'm having same problems, remote lag and clashed recordings. I had to fit a magic eye to fix the remote when my samsung box was first installed. Maybe its causing the lag now?
