What is this song?! - Music

Hope someone can help me. I've heard this song a few times recently so I think its a recent or future release.

The only lyrics I can sort of make out come in the chorus and go something like "a moment alone, a kiss, a smile, a moment alone.. oooahh" I think it's a male singer. Driving me nuts and doing the usual searches on google are bringing up all sorts of results but not the one I want!
