Edinburgh/Craigkelly signal loss?? - Technical

I'm using the Craigkelly transmitter , I live in Leith.
Every now and then the signal completely disappears , all Mux's ,all channels.I have tried a different aerial , same thing . I do not have a second freeview box , I am using a Samsung TV with the tuner built in.The signal is good when it's there , and I receive all freeview and radio no problem.
I just noticed this morning that I can't receive BBC radio on FM either?

These drops have lasted from 12 to 24 hours, I can find no reference to engineering works anywhere. How can I find out if there is work on Craigkelly ? Power Loss etc ??
Or what else could be the reason ? The weather today is crystal clear and dry .

This is driving me insane as I can't debug the problem , I cannot access the aerial these are flats , I have no idea who installed the areial or who owns it.

The Craigkelly transmitter is working normally.
This is also my local tranmsitter in Buckhaven, Fife.

You may be suffering from some form of intermittent, local interference.

I'd begun to assume as much , but what ? And is there anyway to find out ?

Sky box in neighbouring flat? Local building work , cranes? Or electrical work to do with the trams? Transformers or large generators?
