I'm gonna suggest:
Brand New - The No Seatbelt Song Mayday Parade - One Man Drinking Games, Take This To Heart, maybe Three Cheers for Five Years, but thats more break up than love, beautiful all the same, esp the acoustic version because their vocals are just amazing. |

Don't know if it's what you're looking for but my favourite romantic song (favourite song of any sort in fact) is There is A Light That Never Goes Out by The Smiths. It's kinda rockyish.
