With everyone talking about the bottom two from Saturday
Mr Cowell will be happy as it takes the heat from teachers pet Danyl, all the negative press is being written about Simon and the Twins.

I will never understand what Simon sees in Danyl, he is an average singer not a superstar, anyone I have spoken to about Danyl can't stand him, it is funny though how he has tried every trick in the book to get rid of the tag of being too cocky and arrogant i.e. crying, petted lip, looking at the floor, trying to appear humble, need I go on, its all an act he will do anything to win.

Well you haven't spoken to me and I want him to win! Just because you don't see what I do, doesn't mean Danyl doesn't deserve to win. He isn't cocky, he is a geniunely nice guy (yes, I have met him before you ask) and he has the confidence and passion to get up there on that stage week in, week out after so much abuse and perform and imo perform bloody well. And right now, (though I do believe a couple of other acts are getting there now) he is the only one who can truly own a stage and engage an audience. He is the sort of person I want to see on tour and has the voice of someone I would buy an album of.

That is my opinion. You don't like him, but you and your friends do not represent everyone and nor does this forum. Everyone has different tastes and in the past 5 shows, only 1 person has won the show that I have suppported from before the live shows. And that was back in Season 1 and that was only because I knew the winner.

If Danyl doesn't win, his fans will cry fix, if he does, his haters will cry fix. Actually whoever wins, people will cry fix. It happens nearly every year! Simple as!

Everyone I have spoken to loves him so your point is a bit useless, horses for courses and all that ;-)

There is simply no need for it, and for me the fact there have not been any like this today makes me think she/he has just come on here to wind people up as she has not posted again.. YET

But at the moment, I adore Danyl

There thats better, I was beginning to think I was on the wrong forum, what with no Danyl threads hanging around.

Yes, it's a conspiracy involving Danyl, Simon Cowell and Derren Brown. Much of the population (and several of the contributors to this forum) have been taken in by the subliminal messages in the Talk Talk idents on the show and duped into believing that Danyl has talent and an acceptable demeanour. All will be revealed on the final show when the scales fall from their eyes and they'll see the Danyl that the rest of us have had the misfortune to witness over the last few weeks. It won't be pretty.
