OMG!!!Friedman wants to return as judge
Brian Friedman has expressed his interest in returning to The X Factor judging panel to replace Louis Walsh, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The show’s choreographer made a brief stint on the panel before when Louis Walsh was sensationally sacked in favour of him and Dannii Minogue. However, when the arrangement didn’t work out Louis was reinstated. He said: “I think X Factor should get back to the dream team. I should be back there in the line-up on the panel. It should be Simon, Cheryl, Dannii and me up there now.” Will Brian get what he wants? There were rumours of Simon leaving the show after this series so maybe he’ll be in with a chance. Yeah, I'm sure they'll axe one of the more entertaining judges for him...

i would rather simon left than louis, which is strange i know! but these days louis does bring entertainment to the show with his queeny strops.
and i actually think simon is spoiling his own show with his smugness and silly ideas |

I don't like him. Hate his attitude. He thinks his opinion is a lot more valuable than it is.

Brian and Sunnitta would both love a judge job...I personally would not want to see either on a the screen, what little we have of brian is enough and Snit hanging on simons coat tails would be terrible.
No doubt snit will stir things as normal (no doubt all with Simon and Max Cliffords instructions )

On no!! ![]() Then we'd see him even more in the VT's saying "If this doesn't work, it could be...a DISASTER!!!"

No way! I hate him. He's too smarmy, and Louis, bless him, is so entertaining and there is great chemistry between him and Simon! Can't you tell they love each other, really!

Loves himself far too much, we already have Simon filling that criteria.

Oh FFS, I'd certainly never watch XF again if that shiny-faced monkey dude returned as a judge. His hideous choreography is bad enough, but his slimy self as judge along with the two Witches of Eastwick would be too much.

His inclusion as the choreographer has been fantastic. We've gone from people just standing and singing, and walking from one end of the stage to the other, to real performances with dancers etc.
But he should stick to that role. |

He really seems a tad deluded he was sacked because there was no 'dream team' he was appaling as a judge and if I hear 'this could be an absolute disaster' once more I shall scream.

im guessing Mr Friedman is a bit worried about his current job
![]() As another poster pointed out..its only the twins he seems to get creative with... His ideas for Joe were cheap nasty and totally out for what was needed. |

Brian was never a judge. It was cunning plan of Cowell's.
Dannii joined, kate was sacked and Louis was "sacked". brian was made judge although his role was creative director really..... i was all a ploy. Louis came back as planned and brian went to the role he was recruited for, as planned. |

Yep - But that's the reason I believe Louis was "sacked". Simon wanted Dermot in and Kate out. Sacking Kate alone would look bad, so it was "diluted" by "sacking" Louis too.
Made it look like sweeping changes! But Louis was "irreplaceable" and asked back. Do you really think Louis would have come back if he had been sacked. Or forgotten that he was sacked so easy. Plus Brian handily deciding he "didn't want to be a judge" (after doing it on Grease!?). He was able to slot in as CD - was there no CD already in the role then cos that is an important role? How handy to have that role to give to Brian, who was unhappy being a judge, so the judge role could be given back to Louis who had just been "sacked" Everything with Simon is planned. |

if I remember right, Brian Friedman WAS a judge for the 2007 series. He backed out not long after the auditions were completed claiming, "I just don't get the British talent!"

I think Gary Barlow should replace Louis Walsh... he's got experience of both sides of the music industry (behind the desk and on the stage), and is interested in encouraging young talent... much better than Louis Walsh who's just an irritating old queen airing his midlife crisis every Saturday night!

There should be a fifth judge, whether it's Brian or not is debateable. The fifth judge should not be a mentor. That way we would not get the farce we had on Sunday.
