These threads are kind of pointless. There's a million of them floating around, plus I think RandomPeter94 is doing this.

Chrissie Watts. She did what we thought no one could do. Get rid of Den Watts.

I even wrote a little song for her.

She's still Chrissie watts, she used to have a little, now she's in a cell block, she's still, she's still Chrissie, Chrissie What? Chrissie Watts.

I don't think I can narrow it down to just one cos there have been quite a few who have being particularly great for different reasons over the years and you can't really compare.

This made me giggle!

Surely the best character ever was Sharon? The day she returns will be the day I die and go to heaven!

I didn't like Sharon that much. She's ok, I guess.

And by the way I wasn't serious about Chrissie being my fave.

If I had to pick a fave character it would be Cindy Beale. Good old bitch. With a crazy streak.

16 years ago (when I was 12) I'd of said footballer Aidan Brosnan (Sean Maguire) as a fancied him like mad, and still do to this day - plus aside from the footballing storyline I enjoyed his relationship with Mandy Salter (Nicola Stapleton).

But if we're talking here and now as well as past characters I'd have to say Heather & Darren - not just because of the recent "who's the daddy?" storyline, but because they're both quite humourous characters - but can play emotion and drama really well - therefore making the scenes they do together and apart really believable.

I also like Owen (Libby's dad), but will have to make the most of him if he's in mortal peril in the coming weeks . . .
