Would YOU stop watching if Jedward left?

I asked several people this and i mostly got YESES.
One said, and i quote
''The twins make the show, everyone else is boring so yes i would''

Interesting....

The audience would half over night...people would only be watching to see Danyl Johnson win...

Probably not - cause I like the show anyway though I find them extremely entertaining. That said, if I had arrangements I'd probably go ahead with those, wheras while Jedward remain I deliberately don't arrange anything for Saturday night.... had a great night in the last few Saturdays waiting to see Jedward!!

I'm not actually watching anymore after last week, Jedward are the only act I like and it's much better to watch them on youtube when I have a free second.

I don't think the problem is that this year contestants are any less talented than other years, it's just I loved everything about the show last year. I'm a self confessed Diana manic fan lol but I still loved the final. All the acts were likable, talented and easy to 'connect' with last year.

I'm sort of left with a bit of distaste when watching this year, it's all so bitter. I just can't place my hand on it.

I think the OP will find that most people are threatening NOT to watch precisely because the twins are still there hence Cowell now panicking about the longterm effect to the show and viewers no longer trusting a thing he says.

Most people who think to comment about it No thread, to my knowledge, has asked this question.

I probably would still watch BUT not as avidly. I wouldn't bat an eyelid if I was too busy to watch it.

I love Jamie and Danyl too, but I'll admit part of the reason I tune in is to see what the twins are doing I just love em.

Yes,without a shadow of a doubt. If Jedward had gone on Sunday, that would have been it for me.....I have very little interest in any of the other six finalists,as they are all much of a muchness, and couldn't care less which one of them wins.

But i'd give it up until then.

Probably. Not in 'protest' or because I'd be 'disgusted' with the results - just 'cause I wouldn't be that interested. I'd watch Stacey's and Jamie's performances on YouTube and probably put in a couple of votes for Stacey.
And I'd be watching the final and the final Xtra Factor for the return of John & Edward, of course

Hmmm...not so sure, I quite like Joe, Stacey & Lloyd, but Jedward are certainly my favourites.

I'm definitely not watching the final if Jamie, Olly & Danyl are the top 3

I would stop watching if Jedward went out - they're the only act with any personality and who look like they're having fun and enjoying themselves.

I'd look in the paper on a Monday morning to see who had gone out the previous night.

Yep! I actually wasn't going to watch this year but I caught the Britney performance and...well...

It's a pretty poor and rather dull crop this year so I wouldn't bother if the twins went.

I would definitely stop watching it if they went. The rest are like watching paint dry!

I don't think I'd watch the whole thing if they left. I would probably dip in now and again to see what was happening.

I shall watch I'm a celeb instead.

I would be glad to see the back of them.
The joke is over now they have been in the bottom 2.
Last week's publicity and manic endorsements by desperate D list celebs should have made them invincible.
However, it seems that the voting public and the booing audience just weren't prepared to go along with it.

I now only watch the last five mins of the show to see who leaves.

This years X factor has been ruined imo and I have not voted once and do not intend to vote either.

I'd still watch but I'd miss their performances even though I'd never vote for them. They have brightened up a rather dull selection this year.

No I'd carry on watching. One single act doesn't make up the quality of the entire show, for me anyway.

I'd definitely watch the Sunday shows, because I love the guest performances, but as I record the Saturday show normally because I'm out at that time, I wouldn't bother.

Good question...depending on when J&E exit (this or next week looking likely altho' would like them to make the final just to ruffle feathers) and then the subsequent remainers. Is it a 2 part final 'cos I might tune into the actual Sunday result?
