Which channel did you get that from, judging by the black bars I'd say ANY MTV version apart from the UK as they broadcast in 16:9 when available.

I couldn't see that airing in the UK, can you imagine the complaints from snooty parents who channel hopped and were "forced" to watch the caption?

Think you mean MTV Germany/Austria as UK still use 14:9
