Northern Birds - acceptable? - Broadcasting

I was scanning through the non Freesat slapper channels last night and could not believe what I saw.

The Northern Birds model was not just topless but her undies were peeled down revealing her lady garden.

I didn't think this was acceptable - otherwise why are all the channels not doing it?

Just leave them be, You'll just make things worse if you complain. People could lose their jobs. It's called Sportxxxbabes by the way as Sport Northern birds closed down over a year ago.

It's no longer Northern, When it was northern birds it had some total dogs on it. But now it's just sportxxx which they chuck old wives on. The model onn last night walled Selena/Hazel and she is a mature glamour model who comes from my neck of the woods.

I'm not clear what you're complaining about here - there are plenty of other channels doing it. I can't imagine you would really expect to see it on BBC 1

I remember once seeing "Northern Birds" and "Essex Girls" were showing the same birds/girls on the sofa. One for Trades Description Act, I think.

I'm quite surprised that someone would complain that a soft porn channel briefly showed too much. Next people will be complaining that the BBC-HD channel is too sharp*!

*Yes I understand the irony there.

I'm sure I read that it's normally employees of rival 'babe' channels that make these complaints, so that one channel can't get away with being more saucy then the rest.

It's because the Ofcom guidelines are notoriously open to interpretation and subjectivity. Some channel groups may choose to take some risks from time to time to see what will happen.

There is no specific ban on these 'babe' channels showing the woman naked. Essentially in this regard they are only prohibited from showing genital detail.

I didn`t know that stations like this existed `till I got my Foxsat and tuned up all the non-freesat rubbish. Think I`ll do a factory reset again and not bother with a manual tune.
Absolute garbage the lot of it. Oh and yes Martin was right about the ladies garden bit.

Like the Chelsea flower show tonight and yes it could well be Elsie Tanner.
