Leaving aside the fact that most naturists tend to be people who really shouldn't be naked, I think Keith Chegwin singlehandedly managed to make sure naturists never ever go on TV ever again.

Two simple answers:

1: There is insufficient demand for it.

2: Our regulatory structure equates nudity with pornography so it would be diffcult to accomplish. Jusging by how many on here are offended by scantily-clad ladies in the middle of the night, I'm sure there would be a mass "moral outcry".

Basically only a very niche satellite or cable channel would be willing to take the risk.

If you really want to see such content go about making it or petitioning others to.

In the early days of satellite analogue TV there was a German channel (I think Sat1) which had endless programmes of young men and young ladies cavorting naked in fields bathed in golden sunlight somewhere in Bavaria. In another programme for naturists RTL had a quiz show called Tutti Frutti in which the contestants (always a man and a woman) ended up naked regardless of whether they answered the questions correctly. It was said even the producer did not understand the rules.I don't know how many naturists there are in the UK but if there can be a channel for Gaelic speakers surely there can be one for naturists

I remember this, very bizarre and had a cult following among early satellite users in the UK.
