Is there a fault with ipstream at the moment?
Hi guys, just a quick question, im with virgin's ADSL service and speeds are crawling along at a whopping 0.5Mb/s out of a potential 5Mb in the evenings, according to virgin its a national problem and its to do with Ipstream not working properly or something,
the general concensus on the virgin forums is that their servers arent up to scratch and are massively oversubscribed, but i was just wondering, is anyone else on the ipstream service having this problem? |

I am on an IPStream based service (not VM) and have not noticed any problems at peak times. It may be the same problem that Sky Connect and O2 Access subscribers have been getting recently - not enough capacity between BT's network and the ISP's.

It's not just Sky and O2 that are being affected by it - AOL's been affected too (as I know) - see the other thread in this section about it.
