http://www.hoodiagordoniiplus.com/

Has anyone ever tried these before?? and was it a good idea?
My dad bought some last month, he hasn't took any yet someone I know was telling me on gmtv the other week they're deadly. I don't know if the mean the same ones though, as it says these are natural herbal ones.

I took some hoodia stuff. It obviously wasn't deadly but it didn't work either.

Diet pills, unless prescribed by a Doctor, are a bad move anyway ..

I used to buy diet pills from a private doc years ago , they were almost pure sulphate and I lost 3 stone in as many months , my skin dried out, I couldn't shit or sleep, I was never hungry , the skin started lifting of my tongue and it affected my mental health .. The more you take the more you need ... Not Good . When you stop taking them, the weight piles back on .. I learned the hard way. Weight went back on , I ended up with cholestorol problems ( still ongoing to this day) and now follow a healthy eating plan provided by my local health authourity.. I feel fab these days .. back then, I never

Careful how you go.

I tried them a while ago, while I was doing the weightwatchers points thing.

I didn't find they helped me shift the weight any quicker i'm afraid, sorry! But then again, everyone is different.

If anyone else out there knows someone thinking of buying some over-the-counter 'slimming pills' ...... do me a favour and get them to send me the money instead.

At least I'll be honest in admitting that I'm taking their money for nothing in return ........

I suppose I could send them a letter saying to eat a sensible, balanced diet and get a reasonable amount of exercise?

Still be better value than 'herbal slimming pills'.

I bought some hoodia off eBay and it didn't work. But it might just have been fake I suppose.

And diets don't work anyway. You have to change WHAT you eat, and take more exercise. I know it ain't easy but it's the truth.
