Gossip Girl (Merged)

From Josh Swartz, creator and producer of The O.C comes a new show in the Fall on The CW Network called Gossip Girl.
Based on the book series comes in my opinion The OC in Manhattan.
Here's a trailer-

I will defiantly tune in, seems interesting and could continue to be as popular as The O.C was.

This one looks good.
I hope Kristen Bell continues as the narrator (aka Gossip Girl) and then hopefully eventually they'll bring her in!!

I just hope they show this here in the UK as well...else I'm gonna end up watching all these new shows on the net!

If it does well, I'm sure a UK release looks cool, I mean The OC came here pretty quickly and therefore for it to come here looks likely if it succeeds in the US.

hopefully it'll be picked up rather quickly and shown soon after purchase - this could easily replace the oc on E4/C4 - it looks brilliant!!!

Yup seems like a show for E4 or even Livingtv, now that Veronica Mars is on Trouble (and will probs not be returning for season 4).

I really wana see the pilot!

Its not on here in the UK yet, but it premiered on Wed on The CW in the states.
Its on youtube if you do want to see it.

I saw it last week, cause there was a free download on itunes, and it was very good!
For a pilot it was fast moving, setting the scene for the season. The cast are good as well...hopefully it gets picked up here in the UK.

I thought it was ok...but was expecting more...more what I'm not sure...lol...
I do think there's a star in the making with the actress in the role of Serena.

So it was available on iTunes everywhere? Wonder if that means everybody can get the free FOX shows, too? They are offering the season premieres of 7 of their new shows Prison Break, K-Ville, Kitchen Confidential to name a few....

Well it was mainly for the US people, my aol account wouldn't let me download it, but some people could.
But I saw it cause someone had uploaded the itunes version on the net. I've seen the first 17mins of Prison Break that was around the internet a while back, but we only have to wait until Monday to see the whole ep.

Is that on ITV2?
I plan on watching this, if only the brilliant Kristin Bell had a starring role instead of just the narrator.

ITV2 have the rights yes. No word on air dates yet though. Depends on the US ratings. They had Six Degrees from the creator of Lost. It was axed in the states and never shown by ITV2.

By the way I enjoyed the first episode. It did remind me of The OC by the style of it. I was also reminded of the film Cruel Intentions.

ITV2? Its more a show for E4...it could easily replace the OC.

Does anyone know when ITV2 are likely to show the series?

It only aired last night, so it probably isn't around just yet.
Although it may be as I type that.
