I think I've spent half the time watching this show itching. It's enlightening but so very wrong (like many BBC THREE documentaries).

Nicki Taylor does some great stuff, Booze Birds was excellent (she went binge drinking for a month).

I once went without washing anywhere other than hands and face for three weeks (on doctor's orders) and the stuff about your hair settling down after a week was dead right.

I started watching this and couldn't stop itching - not helped by the fact that I've been bitten about 8 times by a mosquito since yesterday. It was interesting but I had to switch over!
