SCD Series 5 Final 22/12 - Discussion Thread

Can't believe we don't have one of these yet!

Based upon what Matt said about them going first in JC I suspect the running order is probably:

M+F - AS
A+M - Waltz
M+F - Salsa
A+M - Cha Cha
M+F - QS (judges' choice)
A+M - Jive (judges' choice)
Both - VW
M+F - Showdance
A+M - Showdance

The showdance is definitely in the results show - not sure about the VW.

I hope we don't end up with the same situation as Rhydian where he went last and people couldn't get through to vote!

Wheeeeeeeeee... final number five... I feel old...

Have fun everyone, and keep it civil.

(I hope the show dances have some choreography and nice footwork in them this year; the ones from last year's final were unimaginative and dull)

Having watched that final back earlier (mainly to get an idea what the order will be) I totally agree. We want showDANCEs not show gymnastics. Ta.

Put my foot down tonight and refused to cook in middle of SCD.They are fending for themselves. Thank goodness no spoilers to night.
I am really excited. Hope they both dance well, but I am voting for Alesha.

I'm so nervous This needs to be over so I can finally relax. It's just not right to be so invested in this!

GOOD LUCK Alesha & Matthew, and equally good luck Matt & Flavia

I'm not a fan of Tess, but I love the beginning when she says, "This is Strictly Come Dancing..... (PAUSE).... LIVE!"

Matt & Flavia to win, but good luck to Alesha & Matt too!

What do the ex-contestants do? I thought it was a group dance but Gabby said she's doing her Jive, do they all do a single one too?
