But unlike cat's they don't roam free.

Good job. They certainly can't be trusted to do so.

Aww, were you bothered by a gang of cats once?

Cats are fine and if you are a responsible owner and have them spayed, they don't go far. Dogs roaming free are not a good idea. I have seen too many dogs knocked over.

Ahh, you need to get some silent roar - lion poo - no really it works a treat. Cats also hate citrus peel.

You got to admit despite all that, they are cute little bu88ers.

Errrm....
We have cats, and a dog.
I'm afraid that of the two, the cats smell worse.

Had a problem with a cat 'spraying' for a while - that was horrendous until managed to stop it.
Once he was house-trained the dog has never done that.
OK, he peed on the floor when he was a pup - but the smell is nothing compared to cat-pee.

Also, cat litter - I'm so glad we now have an enclosed litter tray.
I've picked up dog-eggs while on walks, and I've cleaned out cat-litter trays - So I can attest to the fact that cat crap smells far stronger than dog's

Don't get me wrong, I like our cats, just as much as the dog.
But am under no illusions that cats are the smelliest of the two.

Aww so thats why you hate them?
To be honest, I would feel sorry for the birds and fish, but what can I do? My cat is a hunter I can't stop it from killing birds, fish or mice. Simply because I have no idea where it goes...

Your word's hunter so why would you let a so called hunter roam the street's
Name another so called pet that is a hunter that you would let out on it's own.

I love dogs waaaaay more than cats. Cats suck. My neighbours cat always leaves muddy poor prints all over my nice convertible. I love my car, I worked hard for it. Stupid cat.

Dogs are like mates. Cats just eat and leave the house to do their own thing, then they come back with presents like dead birds and nasty stuff like that. Dogs show you affection. You can't teach a cat how to 'fetch' or 'roll over'

Dogs ROCK.

My cat plays fetch, S&S. He also shows me tons of affection, follows me around, sits on lap, sleeps next to me.

I not mad keen on the dog sh*t that is every where, but I don't hate dogs.

I like dogs, but as I work it's not an option. I think you need to be at home a lot of the time for a dog, as they need a lot of looking after and company.

Plus cats bury their doo doos and I don't have to go round with a bag picking it up
I agree

Cats don't just do what they're told, which makes them much better I have two but I want more

Dogs for me because they are in the house more then cats. I dont see the point in having a cat cause it will be out all the time and you dont see it that much. Dogs are lovely and well my dog is cause he loves cuddles

They're evil

Well its partly because some people who love birds say that all cats should be put down because they kill birds. Which annoys me cos I love my cats.

Also birds have wings. Cats don't. Therefore, if a bird gets caught by a cat, unless its a baby, it's its own fault for not flying away

Thats how my logic works anyway, I know it doesnt make sense!

I once saw a cat in our back garden toying with a badly injured baby bird...

I had to go out with the hammer and smash it over the head to put it out of its misery...

I drowned the bird
