I havea Grundig Freetsat HD receiver

Well, Comet may have been naughty. I just walked out of my local Comet with a GUFSAT01HD box.

Have taken a cpl of pics which I will upload shortly, but more interested in setting up the box :-)

As mentioned in previous posts, there are 2 scarts, ethernet port , and sat in and sat out sockets, oh, and a coax digital output too

Well, judging by recent posts, you aren't going to be believed until you do post up some pictures, which I look forward to seeing if this is true...

Well, you can't upload directly to this site, you need a 3rd party image site, like Photobucket to upload them to, then post the links to the pictures here.

Pictures of the EPG, search and scan banner and the initial set-up screens would be nice.

Do you get the audio track on Channel 4 (The 8350 one at 10.729 GHZ) with the Grundig Box?

Looking good so far... now some EPG shots and pictures of the scan banner when watching a channel would be nice. Also, could you take one of the remote? (And hold the camera steady!) Thanks for taking these!

I might chance my arm later and take a trip to Argos and see what I get. I would have preferred a PVR box though.. I can't record content to my DVD recorders HDD drive as theres only a HDMI output, not input

Please be patient..it does seem to take some time to setup..currently it's busy scanning for channels..

Also, I'm sure you will appreciate that now I've done my duty to show you a few pics I'd like to finish setting it up, and have a look at what it provides..I will upload more pics when I AM READY...

I appreciate you are all hungry for info, and we've all seen the post by ppl claiming to have a box when they havn't and maybe I have yet to prove 100% that I have one..but I would like to play with my new toy for..

Oh..sounds like it's finished scanning...

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like I was giving you orders, just asking for some pics to help me decide whether I want to get one of these now or wait until the PVR one comes out, or get Sky HD. I just don't know yet, but Freesat is currently winning as there's no fee for having it or using it.

Well its no good for me! As my Philips TV only has the DVI type HD input!
I am sure that I am not the only one with this type of HD connection!

Ok..thats it for now..personally I dont really care if ppl believe me..I will try and take some better pics over the weekend ..you will either have to be patient..or assume that I am lying.

Suggest ppl get to their local Comet and see whether they can confirm the boxes are available now
