It downloads surprisingly quickly. The Rebekah Wade character is worth the wait alone! "2 tits good, 2 balls bad."

I watched this film, not just the Wilde clip, and I must say it did give a lot of food for thought. The Waxie Maxie/Max Clifford? portrayal is just how I think of that vile man i.e Clifford, and the Rebekah Wade of the Sun 'Two tits, good. Two balls, bad,' was a great line.

Much as I enjoy the writing and enduring wit of Oscar Wilde, I would point out that he is alleged to have said:

'Little boys should be obscene and not heard.'

I never understood why people thought Jonathan King was so terrible for have consensual sex with 15 year olds. I'm sure there are some 15 year olds who aren't capable of consenting, but then there are some 50 year olds who aren't either.

As a comparison the AOC in Spain is 13, so are Spanish people all vile perverts? Of course there has to be an age limit somewhere, but a 7-year prison sentence is extreme - he didn't force anyone to do anything. I think the boys were probably made to feel guilty, and that they had been abused, later on by the culture of victimhood that the media and social services are so keen to buy into.

I've never understood it from the point of view that no-one calls the members of the Rolling Stones, or most other rock bands sick, disgusting people, even though quite a few of them have admitted to having sex with underage groupies.

That maybe so. Some of these gay 15 year olds actively seek out older men & it's not just for the sex by either party. As 'wrong' as that is, it happens.

I agree. I think there should be an extra clause in the law to prevent over 25's having sex with under 18's.

I've always wondered why Jonathan King was convicted when there was no evidence.

Sure there were one or two lads who claimed he had sex with them a long time ago when they were underage(at the time) but there was no real evidence.
