That's a great slot for it! The first series was on too late at 10.30pm during the week. I hope it's just the same where a lot of it is unscripted, they just film the kids and get genuine reactions.

If Virgin On Demand replays it then I am happy.

The first series was one of the rare BBC comedy gems.

Missed this when it was originally on TV but have now seen it GREAT STUFF, the kids improv is very good and along with a lot of sitcoms now it's more about the people than any crazy events.

Imagine what 2 small children can do to a prospective bride's confidence in under 10 minutes...

Oh and the guests who's names you've forgotten, saunter round the table reading the place cards.

Damn, missed it! Reminder on Sky, but didn't remind me, just switched over & the reminder shows up! Bloomin' digibox! Is it repeated later in the week?

It has the same feeling as some of the early "Malcolm in the Middle" plots, which is no bad thing.

However, the little girl just takes it to a new level.

You don't need to download it to watch it, the streaming's pretty good nowadays.

Just love this programme - the performances of the kids are something else; especially the little girl.

Great wedding!

Brilliant stuff. Love it.

Anyone who's discovering this for the first time tonight, I would strongly recommend checking out the first series. If you think Karen's cute now, just wait till you see what she was like when she was a couple of years younger! Your heart will melt!

They could have made a 2 parter out of that.
There's all that dad dancing and drunken nonsense adults spout at these occasions the kids could have gotten into.

I love this show. Little Karen is a gem but I think the wee boy who plays Ben is brilliant too, especially liked his observation about the crusifixtion and Jesus being a sapp.

To be honest I totally missed the first series and hadn't heard of this before...

...but it was excellent. Great writing (Jenkins & Hamilton can do no wrong - oh, how I miss DtDD!) and a fantastic cast with belivable performances.

Now there's something worth watching on a Saturday night apart from Match of the Day!
