Was talking to Saggy earlier I fear for the Kiwi I really do!
It is the same as the last two weeks for the next two weeks. Boys again next week and then Girls the week after
The show is not long enough for more than 12 couples to all dance against each other.
Thats whats annoying me about it. The girl who went off proobably wouldnt have if they were all in competition. One of the boys will go next week thats ok I dont think they are overall as good as the girls ( with a few exceptions).
If John Sergeant scrapes through then it will mean another girl has gone unnecessarily in week 4. His merange was appalling, funny yes, but appalling and I hope he isnt going to be another Chris Parker.

If the BBC keep adding extra couples then the first weeks will extend to 6 or even 8, heaven forbid it isnt a proper competition if they are not all against each other.

I think he will be another Chris Parker and go a lot further in the competition than he should at the expense of other, better dancers. But I suppose that's what makes Strictly so watchable!

Feel a bit yuch today - drank too much wine while watching SCD and didn't eat until after 9.00 (takeaway curry!) so had indigestion all night. When will I learn? Was round at friends and they are off on holiday to Croatia today so didn't want to cook.

Sorry you didn't get the job Star but I'm sure another one will come along. Hope they sort out your benefits and you don't have to through all the trauma of last year again.

There seem to be a lot of negative threads out there - think I'll stay here where it's safe!

Lovely day here again today. And Results Show to look forward to tonight.

Afternoon

Good news our esteemed Lady of Boz does exist and is very well and on her hols at the moment.

Thanks everyone will try and be positive and believe there is a good job out there for me and just havent found it.

BBC baby sounds adorable just like DS when he was that age.

CD interesting image there of your neighbour vaulting the fence lol. Dont they have gates in your neck of the woods?

Finally saw the show late last night (I tape it now to wind through the guff) the girls did well, though was rather distracted by Jessie W's back (not in a bad way lol) not sure that kind of dress really works on her. Love Darren though as always. His dance with Jill will be interesting seeing as she's recently had a baby and presumably will be top heavy lol.
Surely we are not going to get the same intros to training every time every week? Seen them already leave them out please .

FT poor you but I can sympathise done that many times myself which Is why I never eat late now if I can avoid it as tum doesnt like it. (tho I admit if Im drunk enough I wont care how late I eat lol)

Where is Saggy not see her on here for a bit.

Georgi having time to it still surely not lol

Must go got to look up travelling prices for London.

Need to keep us on page 1, though it is not easy.

Just been for dog walk. Ziggy is actually not that well.
He is a glutton extraordinary and he hasnt eaten a proper meal for several days. He picks at bits but refuses his favourites. I can see a vet visit looming. I will have to do the dance shoe shop tomorrow though.

Am waiting for an email from John to confirm Friday's lesson time. He has the Korean couple in again this week so everything is upside down. I well remember last time they were in and John told me one time and actually meant another time an hour earlier and turned it into chaos.
I have emailed to remind him but he hasnt read it yet as I always ask for a read receipt for it.

Tonights results show will be interesting though I already have looked at the spoiler and was amazed.

Where is everyone? I have had to rescue us twice today already. We will disappear down the plughole if we dont keep bumping it up, new threads appearing like magic mushrooms.

What a clever idea Georgi, why didn't i think of that. Maybe because you have a brain & i havn't. Do it with everything else, why not this thread?

Grumpy old woman Allison, think most of us would qualify for that title, especially with all these duplicate threads.

Starry one, we do have side gates but not in the fences at the bottom, his idea to jump over, quicker that walking all the way round. Have almost finished clearing all the mess up, havn't been able to have a good go at it as the weather has decided to go back to NORMAL, dull & drizzly.

Hope Ziggy's O.K Ej, maybe he's eaten something he shouldn't. Some dogs seem to be part goat.

Get well soon FT, you're so right we never learn, know what's good for us, just seem to do the opposite sometimes.

Enjoy the results show tonight everyone. Not looking forward to the Sugarbabes again!!!

Not long now to Results show.

Ziggy ate a small amount of food from my hand but he is actually eating very little. think the suggestion that he has eaten something he shouldnt is possibly the answer. Just wonder what it could be, something made of latex possibly as that is his favourite.
If people didnt litter the parks up with strange rubbish there wouldnt be this problem. Good job he has insurance if he is going to be ill like this.

EEK Georgie conflict - think you're right though!

I think all 14 should be in next week just cut a few mins of training and Bruce/Tess waffle and a group dance and you'd have time

Which one of mine do you want to win Hiu, will try to arrange it. Wish Jessie had gone tonight she gets on my nerves for some reason, & also twice now she's nearly fallen out of her dress, there's something the wardrobe dept. can't control & am now fearfull of the fallout factor. Yes am all for cutting Bruce & Tess waffle, also could've done without a reprise of the groupdance. Missed a good chance tonight to get rid of one of the rubbish boys, will be so glad when it's a fair competition & they're dancing against each other. Feel better for getting that off my chest.

Hope the big choccy bar went down well BBC & you managed a good long relax.

Forgot, hello back to bunniekins.

Good luck with the shoes tomorrow ej.

Evening

Thank goodness I can breathe again. Nothing against Anton and Gillian but the thought of Ian going out so soon again was awful. If only they'd stop the stupid dance off and have less couples and do it properly like the used to. There was nothing wrong with the original show so stop tampering with it.

Looks like Im going to see my Prince tomorrow, got to go check bust times now.

BBC what a busy day hope littlest one lets you get sleep tonight.

Bust times Star??? Sounds intriguing

Feeling back to normal today. I didn't get anything done yesterday which was a waste of a Sunday but I really felt bad most of the time. I must give up spicy food, it plays havoc with my digestion!

Talking of which, are you going to take Ziggy to the vet EJ? Sounds as if he's eaten something that might be stuck in his tum - if it's plastic that might explain it. And don't forget you MUST go and get your new shoes today before you do some serious damage to your ankle (and get shouted at by John)

Dreading today as so many people will have moved in over the weekend being the end of the month - tons of files coming through no doubt. At least I'm nearly up to date with them - at the moment!

Looks a bit cloudy out there today, hope to see the orangey thing later but the forecast for the week is dreadful.

Have a good day everyone.

Going to phone vet in a minute FT. I will have to walk him there though as i cant get hm in the car on my own. A neighbour has said he would give me a hand with getting him in the car but I am not sure other people handling him might make him worse about going in the car so maybe walking might be the answer. It will take me something like an hour or more so walk it though.

Yes dance shoes are on todays list too. Just came online to look at email and to check opening times of dance shoe place on the internet.

Got vets appointment at 3pm, having to walk it as I would never manage to get Ziggy in to car by myself and back into car after his vets appt.

Been to International Dance Shoes and got a pair of dance shoes suitable for both ballroom and latin and they adjust over the foot so they are tight enough. Talked to the young man there he is a dancer (italian) and he is sponsored by the company so he helps out in the shop. His last name is Romeo couldnt pronounce or remember his first name. He knows Tracey very well and he also knows John and Jane as he has competed against them. He was saying that Paul Killick has got yet another partner possibly Russian. He does know all the professionals on SCD. He said to remember him to John, just say that Romeo bloke and John will know who he is.

So that is another item off the to do list completed.
