I think the youngest soap granny (and probably UK granny, were the show real!) is Emmerdale's Charity Tate, who was a shockingly youthful 28 when her lineage gained a new generation (she was 13 when she had Debbie, who was 15 when she had Sarah)!

The line of female Slaters in EE (Big Mo, Viv, Kat) all gave birth at young ages. Big Mo became a granny to Lynne at 32, a great granny at 48 to Zoe. If Zoe hadn't had an abortion Mo would have been a great great granny.

yes that seems to have been totally forgotten now Natasha really liked Debbie was always looking out for her ect and we all speculated that she was secretly her grandma or she somehow knew Charity (prehaps they were both on the game together ) but now Charity is back that all seems to have been forgotten.
