Survivor UK - TV Programmes

I've just seen the ad for survivor starting this month on ITV. Ive seen Both series of U.S Survivor on Irish TV here and its great.
If you want to see people making friends, having fun, playing tough games, voteing people off ,
THEN Surviving on Low food, No sleep, things going Right & things going unexpectedly wrong and to top it off the last 10 people stabbing each other in the back, then this will be the show for you. It really is great TV, highly recommended

Why cant a UK network show the US version, rather than makingt heir own version? Id like to see Survivor US.

TG4 is showing it. Tuesdays at 9pm and repeated on Saturdays around midnight. There 2 weeks behind the U.S so its nearly over. But there will be a highlights show after the final, so you will be able to see what fun, games and back stabbing that went on. And as far as i know TG4 will be showing survivor 3 ( Africa ) later this year.

TG4 is showing something good!!!!!!!!!!!! apart from the GAA of course. i'll watch it on Sunday. i heard alot of good things about this program

It's probable that ITV2 may show the two US series of Survivor after the UK version has finished its run (as it did with Popstars, by showing the Aus version).

TG4 won't be repeating survivor 2 tonight as it was not last tuesday. But the next episode is on this tuesday at 10.15pm

I'm really looking forward to watching Survivor. It starts here on Monday 21st May. I was reading that ITV have received complaints about their adverts. People have been saying that the adverts for Survivor are subliminal. I think they mean the ones where the logo flashes up with the flames for about 2 seconds.

I've been looking at all the american fan sites for Survivor. It looks good. I've even made a website myself for the UK version! Lets hope the UK version will be as good.

did anybody watch the first UK version?

and i know its a bit late now but channel 5 have been showing a program called treasure island and that is realy good.

It goes 1 step further than survivor

its on tuesday ar 7oclock but there is only 2 episodes left and they are down to 2 people on each team (4 in total)

but as the voice over guy says only one can be the ultimate survivor and walk away with the $50,000

When i was surfing the net a few months back i came across a USA site that said it had been on in the uk and here is where it orinanated.

Hi all. Im from the US and I was interested in trying to obtain some foriegn Survivor seasons. I havent seen any except the US shows. I have heard there is a UK and an australian one. If anyone has an entire season and wants to sell or trade the tapes for any US shows i would be interested. jennifer@exit51.com or tiertier@newmail.net

Well if you can only get one of the two UK series get series one.

While the production was a bit much the overall contestents were better and it was great. We had backstabbing friends made and broke and a very underserving and dark horse for a winner.

I am also from the US and I have the first UK season and would like to find someone who has the second season (Panama) for a possible trade.
Just as a side note, the UK has the best commercials!!

I stumbled across this site while trying to find information on uk survivor (to see if another season was being planned). I have both uk seasons, all of the us stuff, the aussie version, one of the france seasons, and have access to the russian, swedish, armaic, etc etc etc versions. I also have us, aussie, and uk versions of the mole, etc etc etc.

Season One of UK Survivor, episode 2 I only have in real media format

so I am looking to find a better version of that one episode.

If you're interested in any of these series (I should have mentioned that they're all in computer formats - mpg or avi) then let me know and we can work something out. I'm not looking to make any kind of profit on this stuff, just trying to help out...
