Dirt becomes main ingredient for Tokyo restaurant

A Japanese restaurant has revealed its new menu that features dirt as a key ingredient.

Ne Quittez Pas, a Tokyo restaurant, boasts a $110 menu consisting largely of dirt-related courses, reports The Huffington Post.

Courses include salad with a dirt dressing, potato starch and dirt soup and dirt ice cream.

All soil is tested for purity and safety before being used.
