Hands-on with 'Batman: Arkham Asylum'

Last week Level Up went down to Eidos's headquarters to play the opening chapters of Rocksteady Studios' action-adventure title Batman: Arkham Asylum. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-crafted and atmospheric it was, with a slower and more conserved pace than most other adventures of the same ilk. Despite not being comic fans, we can’t wait to get my hands on the finished game.

It'll be out on 360, PS3 and PC on August 28. The PS3 version will also launch with The Joker as a playable character for the challenge rooms, for those yet undecided on a platform.
