Fans of Where's Wally? will enjoy this week's headline PSN release, while those short of cash can try out demos of some of the PS3's best offerings. There are plenty of track packs for Rock Band and Guitar Hero as well.

Games

Interpol: The Trail Of Dr. Chaos: After seeing a PC release way back in 2007 and an Xbox Live version at the start of 2009, the item-hunting adventure touches down on PSN for £9.99. The aim is to travel the globe and search rooms for clues, as well attempting a splattering of mini-games on the way.

Although the game sports a few interesting features such as local and online co-op as well as mouse support, it's generally not that exciting to play. While it has plenty of puzzles to keep you going, its scrappy presentation and very nature of finding items in cluttered environments doesn't make for a fun or attractive purchase.

Demos

FIFA 10: This demo of the yearly football franchise gives you a taste of an exhibition match playing as either Chelsea, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Marseille or Chicago Fire. The finished product will arrive on shop shelves on October 2.

Also available is a demo of the upcoming 1080p remake Katamari Forever, as well as trials of previously released titles Fat Princess and LittleBigPlanet (which also has a Game of the Year edition out today).

Downloadable Content

Pain: Love (or more appropriately hate) George Takei? You can now fling him towards all sorts of hazards in the name of point-scoring with his very own character pack. It's now available for £1.19.

Track Packs

Rock Band: Several songs played at Seattle's PAX convention have been released, as well as some tracks from Freezepop. Download them for 99p each, or £1.69 a pack.

Guitar Hero 5: The launch of the latest game in Activision's rhythm franchise brings some new tracks to download, as well as the ability to import tracks from World Tour for £2.99. Singles are £1.59 each, while packs are £4.39.

PSP Downloads

Fate/Unlimited Codes marks Capcom's first download-only title for the PSP platform. As it's developed by the same team as Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, expect a faithful reproduction of the Japanese visual novel in fighting form, with 17 characters, 8 modes and hundreds of stage missions for £23.99.

Also available is baseball sequel BIGS 2 for £11.99, and two new tracks for Rock Band Unplugged for 99p each: 'I Stand Alone' by Godsmack, and 'Love Spreads' by Stone Roses.
