Media Centre for Wii launches tomorrow
X-oom Software will launch a media centre for Nintendo's Wii tomorrow, providing users with access to video streaming from PC and online sources.

X-oom Media Centre For Wii XE is an updated version of the original package launched in 2007 and includes a number of bug fixes and new features, including Podcast support, RSS feeds and access to video sites such as YouTube and Google Video.

The package, which claims to turn the Wii into a "interactive media hub", runs on a PC and then wirelessly interacts with the Wii console.

The software allows users to browse the internet and share video files, photos and music between PC and Wii.
