Published Wednesday, Jul 16 2008, 11:33 BST | By Simon Reynolds

The title, scheduled for release this year, will allow gamers to simulate playing more than 60 musical instruments.
Wii Music follows on from other popular music simulator games such as Activision's Guitar Hero series, SingStar and Rock Band.
Nintendo President Satoru Iwata noted that the appeal of this genre reflects a "paradigm shift" in the global games market.
The gaming giant also announced plans to release a Wii MotionPlus controller add-on with improved sensitivity and a new line of Wii sports titles.
Nintendo will also launch "Wii Speak" - a group microphone that can be used with the console for online gaming - at some point in 2008.
