The title, which was rumoured to be heading to both Xbox 360 and PC like its predecessor, will now remain an Xbox 360 exclusive.
"Gears Of War is a great franchise first and foremost for Xbox 360, and therefore we're focusing on that platform for Gears Of War 2," Bleszinski told IGN.
"We've decided we're not going to do a PC version this time around."
In February this year, Bleszenski said that gaming on the PC is in 'disarray' and that Epic would concentrate on consoles.
Gears Of War 2 is scheduled for release on November 7.
