'Rock Band' gets European price cut
Electronic Arts has announced that the full instrument edition of Rock Band will recieve a £20 price cut ahead of its multi-format release.

The game was released in May for the Xbox 360 and was selling for £129 for the full instrument edition, with the game having to be purchased separately. Friday's release for the Wii, PS3 and PS2 will see the full instrument edition being sold at the lower price of £109 across all formats.

The price cut comes only weeks before the sequel is released on the Xbox 360 and a month before Activision's Guitar Hero: World Tour is released.
