Third 'Phoenix Wright' given release date

The third title in Nintendo DS adventure series Phoenix Wright has been given a release date after several months of delays.
Ace Attorney: Trials And Tribulations will be released on October 3, having suffered several setbacks due to localisation and content issues.
The title is already available in other regions, while the fourth game in the series, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, has been available since May.
The game was originally scheduled for release in March.
