Next Blizzard MMORPG not 'WOW' sequel

Following a year-long recruitment drive to bring in developers for a new massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), Blizzard has confirmed the project will not be a sequel to World of Warcraft (WoW).
With new entries in the Starcraft and Diablo franchises forthcoming, it had been rumoured that the company was also working a on a sequel to its best-selling fantasy MMORPG.
According to Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime, the project is "not going to be a World of Warcraft sequel".
The CEO added that Blizzard has no intentions of replacing its epic best-seller, aiming instead to create a new title that can operate alongside WoW.
