LittleBigPlanet was due for release on October 24, but a lyric about the Qur'an (thought to be in Somalian) was found on the soundtrack and so the launch was postponed.
In a statement on their website Media Molecule said: "As some of you may have noticed, LBP has been slightly delayed in some territories. At MM we were as shocked and dismayed by this as anyone - shellshocked and gutted. We can’t wait for you all to get playing and creating!"
Pre-shipped copies of the game are currently popping up on eBay, with prices of $150 upwards being quoted.
