Publisher EA confirmed that the game disc will ship from November 14 for a November 21 release, with instrument packs coming in December.
The title will also be available for the PlayStation 3, Wii and PlayStation 2, but no details of their releases have been announced.
The original Rock Band was a timed exclusive in North America for Xbox 360 and saw a delayed European release on all platforms this summer.
Rival music title Guitar Hero: World Tour is due on November 7.
