'Fallout 3' tops all-format chart

Bethesda's Fallout 3 has gone straight in at the top of the all-format chart, knocking last week's number one, Fable 2, down to number four.

Electronic Arts' FIFA 09 climbs one place, from three to two, while Wii Fit completes the top three after climbing five places from eight.

The only other new entry belongs to the latest James Bond movie tie-in Quantum Of Solace, which debuts at seven.
