'Fallout 3' debuts at top of PS3 chart

Fallout 3 has debuted at the top of the PS3 chart, knocking Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 down to fourth place.

Far Cry 2 retains the number two spot for the second week, while FIFA 09 climbs one to three.

New James Bond title Quantum Of Solace is the only other new entry, landing at number five.
