'Bioshock' PS3 exclusive content revealed

2K Games has revealed the details, price and release date of the PS3 exclusive downloadable content (DLC) for Bioshock.

The DLC, which will be released on November 20 at a cost of £6.29, contains three all-new challenge rooms which are independent from the main storyline.

Gamers will experience areas previously unseen in the undersea world of Rapture and be able to win new Trophies upon beating the challenges.

Challenges include: 'A Shocking Turn of Events', in which a Little Sister is trapped at the top of a Ferris wheel and players much find a way to generate electricity to bring her to safety; 'The I in Team', where players attempt to defeat a Big Daddy with only a limited arsenal of weapons; and 'Worlds of Hurt', which pits gamers against eight rooms of Big Daddies, Splicers and other nasty creatures from Rapture.
