Published Friday, Nov 14 2008, 13:22 GMT | By Matthew Reynolds

The closed beta will end at 5pm to work on behind the scenes development, ready for public beta early next year.
Speaking on the development blog, senior producer James Salt said: "We have received lots of great feedback from our beta testers. So much so that we are now ready to enter our next phase… we will be closing down the current closed beta and moving our focus to polishing the back end."
A spinoff from DICE's Battlefield series, the free-to-play third person shooter will be supported by advertisements and micro-transactions. The game will be presented in a cartoon visual style.
The closed beta has been running since August.
